This site and its repair order tools are a DCGroup project, provided as a free, publicly available utility for auto service shops. It is operated by DCGroup and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any dealer management system provider.

No data you submit through the repair order forms is collected, transmitted, or stored on any DCGroup server. There is no backend database and no server-side persistence of any kind. Everything you type exists only in your browser's memory for the duration of your visit, and is discarded when you close or reload the page — unless you use the optional local draft save described below.

We do not run analytics or tracking scripts that capture form field contents. The site does not require or request an account, login, name, or email address to use the forms.

Each form offers an optional "Save draft locally" button. When used, your in-progress form data is written to your browser's local storage on your own device only — it is never sent to a server. This local draft stays on that device and browser until you click "Clear saved data," clear your browser storage yourself, or use a different device or browser.

This tool is provided as a convenience utility for producing a paper or PDF repair order when your primary dealer management system is unavailable, or as a lightweight option for shops that don't use a full DMS. It is not a replacement for your dealership's management system, accounting system, or recordkeeping process, and it does not synchronize with any other software.

This tool is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation any warranty of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. DCGroup does not warrant that the tool will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any specific business, legal, or regulatory requirement. You are responsible for reviewing any generated repair order for accuracy and completeness before relying on it.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DCGroup and its contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, this tool — even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Your use of this tool is at your own risk.

You agree to use this tool only for lawful purposes related to service and repair intake documentation. You agree not to use the tool to misrepresent authorization, impersonate another business or individual, or in any way that could infringe the rights of, or otherwise harm, DCGroup or a third party.

We may update this page from time to time to reflect changes to the tool. The "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the tool after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
